That's OK. Just dry it and put it back. Some rat infested Blake's once. That thing is there, fire retardant and noise suppressant, and obviously pretty tasty, don't believe? Ask Blake's rat!

mine has been out since I put the hood louvers in, not any noiser I don't think forget about it

A groundhog ate most of mine when i had my van so i ripped it out. Didnt see any difference except in the winter the snow will melt off your hood a lot faster :)

Its not really needed but it helps keep down sounds from the engine and keeps the hood from getting so hot. Probably keeps the paint looking nicer longer.

Without that pad your paint on the hood could blister and will fade alot faster.It also is a fire supressor for the engine.If you have a way for the heat to escape,hood vents,then it is fine to run without one.

ok then i'll be going to chrysler after my badlands trip on tuesday. BTW i get paid monday and the y-pipe finally gets fixed monday
