Speaking of which - This is way off topic. but where the hell is Cruise Control on these things? It has every option BUT Cruise Control I don't get it. Is it not standard?

the controls for the cruise should be right on the steering wheel.

In other words if its not there I don't have it? Because I don't see it unles its not in plain view?

Get a powertrax locker, then you will complain about slack in the drivetrain. \/
