Checked the the KK's again today. I must say I really like them now. I would, however, not trade my KJ in on though. I would love to have one if they put a diesel in it though, but I wouldnt be interested in another Jeep with the 3.7L and the 42rle ******.

The salesman came over and said
"yup, about time to trade yours in for a new one"
Me: Nahh, I like mine just fine.
Sales: These new ones really ride smooth, alot better than the older generations.
Me: you mean they ride better than the Jeeps? I like my Jeep to ride like a Jeep, not a car.
Sales: ohh
Me:yea, theyve got some nice big rims though(18").
Sales:yea
Me:they putting a diesel in them?
Sales:I think so, I have two Grands with CRDS
Me: cool, nice talken to ya.
Sale:yup.

then I got my camera.

They seem to have a great departure angle as it looks about as high if not higher than my lifted kj. The approach angle is very sad though, as is the break over with that big tank under there.

It looked like they re-did the rear brakes alittle. The caliper is on the back of the rotor on my KJ and it was on the front with the KK. They rotor itself looked thicker too like the ebrake was bigger. Maybe they actually work on the KK.

Ohh, and that thing was loaded. It had GPS too. Do they put my-gig in the libertys? Sticker said 32k and thats without the folding roof crap.

That's one nice looking KK, I like that color and the 18" Limited wheels. It's not for me though, maybe we'll trade the KJ in few years and get my wife one.

Oh, I thought it was like the Dark Khaki on the KJ's...or at least something similar.

Jeepster.....nice comparison pic's.....the more I look at them, the more I like the looks of them. But I am not sure I like the selec-trac II with the electronic stuff. I guess I just like to pull a lever instead of pushing a button.

Yea, I know, it doesnt even know part-time. Its just 2wd, Fulltime, N, and 4low. :(

Haha, it was funny how much cleaner my kj was than that kk. The paint had zero swirls though which was cool. I hardly see paint without any swirls. Even my paint has some.
