> Oil pressure switch issue...WAY more common than pull pump.

OEM manifolds non-replaced from factory. Typically on the first connection weld. People also seem to have issues with the oil pumps just giving zero pressure pressure do to failure.. Statistics stuff

"manifold"/header leak threads are how I found the forum off Google.. Supposedly they happen do to motor mounts and poor casting and welds.

It's worth noting the only difference between a manifold and header is valve output separation and it's perfectly fine to use either to describe the part as they have the exact same placement and exact same function.. But whatever makes certain types of people feel smuuurter. These aren't performance vehicles so I don't see how it matters we don't need fine grained accuracy for dyno references etc..

If it's a manifold and I say header it takes a special type of person to be confused by that as you can't have both at once..

I really think your GOOGLE searches are taking you to XJs and not KJs
Had 3 XJs , bought new treated good and 2 of them had the exhaust manifold crack, they were well known to do that but NOT KJs
I want to see where exactly you are finding the BS at! LOL
A lot of us have been involved with the KJs for years and have never heard of such things, since really would be one in a million
Now as far as your " smuuuter" remark since you are still a newbie we'll let one slide by :emotions34:

Yeah XJ 4.0 had a bad design, replaced it with a aftermarket exhaust manifold with accordion piping to flex and it's been in the jeep longer than the original.

If he is overseas maybe the searches are confusing European Cherokee KJ with XJ?

Yup, op was asking for plug wires too and no KJ ever had those so he had obviously been given incorrect info. Here at this forum our helpful members gave him explanations and even pictures.

It is nice that members here have a vast knowledge of KJ's through their practical experience and can help people out by sharing their knowledge with others.

This is a GREAT forum. Thanks to all of you.
