I've seen your picture on I believe LOST, but DAYUM every time I see it i can only think how much fun that would be. Whats even better is that IFS can handle "air drops" like that better than your standard live axle....another HUGE plus to the KJ =D>

Would never do that to mine.....maybe a rental \:D/ (whistle)

Wait till your warranty runs out, and then send the pic to Jeep and see if they'll post it on their site on in the upcoming Jeep brochures they have at the dealership!

Dude - that jump was coool!

Seeing these part of me says I'd hate to offroad in my Cherokee/KJ, as I'd have to clean the damn thing and I dont want to break it :-s

But I do wanna run it in a bit (but not get the interior messy) headscratch.gif

I want to do that in a diesel Wrangler!

Wow... and four days old! I take it that you own a power washer and a wet vac, or just have a lot of quarters?! Nice mud shots!

Wish I had a power washer, but I am just a quarter wash *****. That incident was in the late fall and it was cold, I spent 18 hours straight pulling out all the carpet, seats, lower paneling and center console.

BTW:
I'm LEASING!

...Seriously

I hate mud. :-s

Awesome pics though!!

I am really starting to also. I'm beginning to phase over to more articulation based offroading.

...but unfortunately michigan is like one big mud hole, so my options are limited.

Ahh come on, don't give up. Its always fun to drive home super swamped with mud and have everyone turn their head looking. When we came back from Hamlin that one day I was driving along the 696 service drive near Mound. I had some younger guys in a car alongside me at a light and the guy looks over and says
"Now thats some shit!! Where the hell can you go to do that around here".

I just proceeded to tell him "If you had a Jeep I would tell you". They just said good look and drove off.

But, in regards to that one story, I have had tons more people looking/pointing after coming home muddy. It's a fun feeling. Just clean it up really good after though.

Wait a minute...

What's an Escape doing offroad?

Answer: Everything my stock KJ could do.

Thats the result of a very good driver.

Theres not way a stock escape could do everything a stock kj could do. Ive seen some stock kjs do some crazy stuff... 8-[ Its all about that approach and departure angle. \:D/

I didn't say I couldn't out-wheel the escape, I just said it did everything I did. It had some serious spots, but its not like we were at MOAB. Lol.
