Question about Soft 8's...

is this summitracing we are talking about? I'll be looking for wheels too at some point, I want to know where to start

Yeah mine arrived without damage( or valve stems) to them. I would send them back till you get what you paid for....NEW!! not almost new.

Tell them Jegs sell the same wheels....they might want to keep your business then.

where did you get yours? They are Cragars right?
I'm afraid I don't know much about rims so I don't know where to get them or even what size I need for 245/75r16 tires.(next purchase)
A guy from the dealer told me to get some offset rims and bigger tires to make it look better which was my intention in the first place, although I didn't know anything about offset rims, but now I do.

I got my cragar soft 8's from Quadratec. Good price, and shipped FAST to VA, no problems. That was a year ago, no problems whatsoever since.

Since this negative experience was mine... I recommend printing out the prices from Jegs or Summit Racing and take it to a local place who can price match. That way you have a physical store to go to if something goes wrong. Discount Tire will probably match the prices and mount them for you.
