Radiator question

So I apparently have a leak in my radiator. It's leaking from the front drivers side and splashing all over the back of the headlight. I'm also overheating because my coolant is low, obviously.

I have done a ton of research for economical solutions because the car has 184K miles on it and I don't want to invest a ton a money. Now here comes the question,

How do I know if I have an EOC or not? This seems to be the only thing that's keeping me from picking it up today.

Engine Oil Cooler? What year? None came with coolers. Earlier models came with transmission coolers. You should pick up a MOPAR one, otherwise you will be replacing the rad very soon.

I should have been more descriptive. It's a 2004 Jeep Liberty 3.7l 4 wheel with part time and full time 4 wheel.

they all spring a leak in the same spot around 150 k just replace it with a mopar and be doen with it.

I replaced my rad with aftermarket and ended up leaking in under a year so replaced back to Mopar, Best idea.

Trans cooler is INSIDE the radiator. EOC is outside and bolted to it

EDIT: Power steering cooler not EOC

Blue, that isn't true for the mid-year '03s and later. Only the 2002 and early 2003 KJ's with the 45RFE transmission had the in-rad cooler; all other models have the external transmission cooler located in front of the radiator and A/C condenser along the bottom. The external trans cooler is about 5 inches tall and the width of the radiator and condenser.

The vertical cooler on the left side of the radiator (when sitting inside the Jeep - or the battery side) is the power steering cooler.

No KJ's came with an engine oil cooler.
