Radio died

The radio in my 07 liberty sport stopped working.
Checked all fuses ( I think?)
It's an aftermarket Sony am/fm CD player.
Checked fuse box and fuse behind radio.
Any suggestions short of replace the radio

Check the supply or run a couple of cables directly from the battery if you haven't got a meter, if it still won't go then its probably time for a new one.

#9 Fuse in power distribution box under hood by battery goes to radio and some other circuits. I think its 50 amp. At least one person blew it when he was installing after market audio. The direct connection idea mentioned could at least tell you if radio was dead or not.
