I wish I had Rear Drums. I just had Pads all around and Rear Rotors changed. (Front Rotors were fine). Was checking everything out and come to find the Pass Rear Caliper was sticking causing the wheel to not move at all. Alot of $$ spent this weekend(banghead)

It shouldnt really be a problem to change the system. Get a rear axle from a newer truck and then add in the brake master cylinder power booster from a newer truck.

Thanks ptsb5a - I'm a brit living in the USA, I only do it to confuse the locals :)

However, I'll let him have the 'Break' spelling ;)

Ok you can have Tyres (only because I have seen It a few times lately). Sorry to point it out though. Spelling errors just stick out really badly to me.
