Replace stock front tow hooks with D-Rings?

Pretty sure the plates and hooks come together as a package deal - but there are MANY who want to buy just the hooks. So purchased the plates/hooks then put the hooks on eBay, CraigsList or here in the For Sale section.

made my own bolt plates out of 1/8" flat bar and grade 10.9 metric bolts

Pretty simple mod. I like the d-rings a lot better than the stock tow hooks. Much more functional too.
