I received my parts today and found out that ball joint head is bigger than my spacers in my C clamp press kit. Any home MacGuiver ideas? Going to a shop on my bicycle is an option if needed. Just trying to save some cash if possible.

Two sets of hands and a block of wood on each side of the joint would work if you have a vise.

Yeah I will give that a shot. Thanks! I didn't know if that would be an option with this large on a head

It will work just take your time and do it slow so you don't bend the boomerang

Went good. The c clamp press was useful for the bushings. Vise was too small for ball joint so I resorted to blocks of wood and a BFH. Wire brushed sanded and painted the boomerang. Cleaned the holes real good to aid the install of the BJ and bushings. Why go to all this trouble you ask? Well original made in Canada and new cheap ones made in China. So it was worth it and its almost as good as new. I have the JBA y link extension so I think I will get decent life out of the Napa Parts.

127K. 62K of no lift, 65K having a cheap Daystar lift, with no Y link extensions. The reason I knew it was bad after installing the TM econo lift and extensions last month, was how severe the unbinded slop was in the BJ. Up and down slop specifically in the BJ. Bushings were fairly deteriorated as well.
