I bought 3 tires at Sam's Club and 1 at another place.

Sam's has free flat fixing on your tires and I was wondering if they can tell which tires they sold me versus the one that I got at the other place.

I sure can't tell.

Of course they are going to be able to tell which tires they sold you!
It's Sam's Club...Didn't you know that all off Sam's Club Automotive department's sales people are trained in tire forensics? Hell they can tell you what fast food joint you went to last! And all that for minimum wage to boot!

Now... realistically.
Should you have a problem down the road, just go back to Sam and ask them to fix the tire. If someone even mentions that your receipt only shows 3 tires, just look at the sales person and say Huh!

I doulbt that you would have any problems.

I was just curious to whether they marked them inside the tire, I know I would. In fact all of the tires I mounted would say "Tim was here"!

I just got it fixed right around the corner from me for $25.

I was a little paranoid about bringing it to Sam's because I couldn't tell which ones were which and it was more convenient for me to bring it there.

Without a "bar code" on the tires I don't see how they could tell.

Why did you buy 3 at Sam's Club and 1 somewhere elce? Just wondering.

Somewhere between being sane and insane!
Each tire has a serial #,and places that offer any type of warrenty on tires sold there they list those serial #'s so poeple don't try and get them to fix tires not bought there.Trust me there is a serial # and the paper work for the free flat fixing should have listed the #'s,if not you may get away with it.

I know my MT/R's I had on had serial #'s and my Interco's have them to,4WheelParts has them listed for the warrenty.

I needed a tire real quick after I bought the KJ so I went to a family friend that has a tire shop but it was such a PITA that I went to Sam's to get the others.
