Seems that the only locally available lift kit are the Rough Country 3" with rear RC nitro 9000.

Anyone use them or know them and what do you think of them?
No ******** off road, only some Zec road and such, will also use 235/70R16 and 225/75R16 tire

Yeah I would love to go ARB or frankenlift but I also prefer to buy local and none of them seems to be available here.

Slightly North of the 49° th. Parallel... In HongC
Our KJ has a Frankenlift which we bought from South of the border.
I bought the ARB Airlockers, compressor, accessories, recovery gear from QUIPACK.
Excellent company to deal with.
Installation isn't overly difficult. You'll have to get the front coil over assembly compressed and reassembled with new shocks and coil springs.
Add a top plate and clevis lift for some additional lift if desired.
Take four to six hours to install new front and rear shocks and springs.
