Can you take a passenger seat and make it fit on the drivers side?

The recline assist lever would be tough to reach, otherwise I don't know

What is your issue on your current seats?
On my 02, the driver seat bottom edge on the door side was wearing out. Before it wore through I swapped just the base cushion with the cover, with the passenger side seat.

The foam or the actual upholstery? If it's just the foam they're easily replaced....

reupholster it. easier than trying to make a wrong side seat fit and work. Or just swap the seat cover from another one over your existing foam/padding.

Check ebay, people sell removed upholstery on there all the time
