Have you looked at the tyres to see if there is any unusual wear patterns, cupping, etc.?
Maybe one of the belts is blown in one of those Walmart special Goodyear Authority tires?
Have you rotated the tires?
And if you have does the problem still persist?
I'm thinking it might very well be the tires.

Mine started doing the same thing after lifted. Feels like a little wiggle from a stop and gone at about 5 mph. Thinking maybe driveshaft angle or something like that but have not brought it in the shop to check yet.

the tires have less than 250 miles on them. it probably wouldn't rattle change in the cup holder to be honest. it's just as out of ideas has described. the only other thing i can think of are the balancing weights on my wheels - the guy who mounted them put counter balancing weights on the inside (look fairly large) bc my wheels were painted with the existing weights on the outside (removing them would have left a bare spot) so he left of and put weights inside

To "properly" balance tires you have to install weights on the inside and outside
also have you checked the ujoints lately ?

Im thinking it's the u-joints bc it's at low speeds - how do I check these? If it was the tires not balanced I think I would feel it as high speeds as opposed to low. Also, the shop I had the alignment at doesnt use a computer said they do it the old fashioned way with gauges so Im not entirely sure what the camber/toe is set at. I may have him take a second look bc I notice a slight pull to the left on the highway and dont want the tires to wear unevenly but from what I've read poking around here it's hard to get the alignment perfect with the lift..
