how to repair 2008 sky slider jeep ;iberty

i have a 2008 jeep liberty sky slider i need some help in how to repair top. i finally fix the back from being loose the pin came out of back roller once i reset pin i can push down on top and it will lock into place (keeping it from leaking.
PROBLEM NOW
when top is closing the front goes all the way when done the back of top is still opened now like i said i can hand close it and lock set it
any suggestions???
