i have a 2002 (with the 2/4 lowered springs otherwise i wouldnt have this problem...
PO put on 255 70 16 tires, they are like new so i am not getting rid of them, they rub in the front on turns, and on turns with any suspension movement.

i will do a clevis lift in the front between 1/5 and 1" depending on what i need to clear these.
but what can i do for the rear? i was thinking adding another stock isolator how much work is this?
jeepin by al has isolators for 12.99 ea.

You can do a 3/8 inch clevis which gives you 3/4 inch of lift, you can also do a 1/4 inch top plate ( jeepinbyal has these as well) for another 1/2 inch resulting in of course 1.25 inches of lift.
For the rear one extra isolator will give you 1/2 inch lift, you go use up to two uppers per side
Front can be pulled and done in 1.5 hours or less
rear is a 30 minute job or less
Just for the heck of it measure from the middle of the wheel to bottom of the flare in the front for me, and also how many miles you have on it
Also the 2002 had springs that gave you 3/4 of an inch more height not lower
Thanks

i will measure the center of wheel to fender when we get back on sunday.
i guess what i meant by the springs was i read about it and it was built after they started using the lower springs so unfortunately it doesnt have any advantage there. i was hoping but it was one month too late.
i will probably go with one extra isolator per spring in the rear and adjust the clevis to match the height, i dont think i need much. and it doesnt have any rake really right now.
