Speaker Wiring (Thoroughly Confused...)

I've seen a couple wiring diagrams around here, but none of them seem to match the colors I have. I have the premium, and I'm replacing everything.
I could probably deal with the different colored wires, but here's where I'm really confused. The two wires going to the rear speakers (on the left side, for example) are gray/lt grn and lt grn/gray. In the harness going to the front speaker, there is a lt grn/gray, but no gray/lt grn. Where's that coming from? Are there any other diagrams out there I didn't find? It's a 2005 Patriot.

Does patriot also have amps attached to front speakers?

Yeah, thanks. I do have the amps in front. Removing them though, so I know I have to jump the rear in and rear outs. I did see this chart, but none of the colors match, so I don't want to start clipping the wrong ones.
