Squeeky sound from the front when turning

I have -02 Liberty (2.5L w manual transmission). There is sqeeky sound coming from the front when turning wheel fully to the either direction. I first thought it was the wheels touching the fender inside, but no.

There is other sympton too, but i don't know if it's related to this sqeeking. When i'm driving part time 4wd for awhile, it sometimes feels like wheels are not rolling freely when turning to my parking space. Sorry for my sometimes inadequate English. Hope you guys got the point.

What size tires? lift?

The inside of the tire could rub the sway bar too. Don't park while in 4wd part time. That is the drivetrain binding up and is normal, and it will break something if you keep doing it.
