steering wheel buttons

[c - hutch]

201 on the left face of the wheel are two buttons, STEP and RESET. What are they for?

I'm going to guess cruise control.

No they aren't for cruise, those are on the right side. Also I do have an owners manual, printed and dvd version , and no mention in either one.

Who would have thought to look in a Wrangler manual to find out how to operate a Liberty!! They must have run short of Liberty wheels when they built this one, and borrowed from the Wrangler line. Ah well, only in America.
