Stupid question..

I am looking for black hubcaps,(too poor to buy real rims) and im not sure if my hubcaps on now are 16 or 17 inches. I'm thinking im measuring it wrong but idk. Or is their a standard size that you guys know that liberty's have? Also if my hubcaps are 17 inches, will a 16 inch hubcap fit or no? Because someone told me it might.

And no i don't want to paint mine.

Also if they are 17 inches, i cant find ANY black 17 inch hubcaps

3. go look at your tire itll say something like 175/85/16 or 17

the last number is your wheel size.

by the time you buy caps and paint em black you could just go to a scrap yard and buy different steelies and paitn them.

I won't be rude. If you have the steel wheels just scuff them up and paint them. Cheaper than a set of plastic crap hubcaps.

If you have 16" tires, you have a 16" wheel. I've seen the steel wheels up close and don't think they would lend themselves well to the installation of a hubcap. The outer rim lip isn't built to grab the spring ring on a hubcap.

I don't think you can put a hub cap on a stock steelie. It doesn't have any place for the hub cap to seat on, does it?

no one has stolen mine yet and by steelies you mean whats behind the hubcaps? Sorry if i sound stupid...im trying to stay away from painting because my dad would never let me..so im going with hubcaps.

Paint your factory rims black. Several here have done it. It will look good. That stuff you posted is junk.

steelies are what we mean by stock steel wheels
if he wont let you paint yours. then again i HIGHLY suggest you buy some used.

either here on the forums ( people are always sellign thiers cheap)
or go to a scrap yard.

youll spend $40 and shipping for caps that will get lost broken or stolen?

why not find someone to sell you their WHEELS for $50ish pay $20 to discount tire to mount and balance them. then paint them..

yes youll spend more.. but it will be much better

i don't have the factory rims, look at my other post they are like shiny hubcaps, also my dad won't let me paint anything ..if i was to paint them, am i able to because they are that shiny material.
