I did a clevis lift in my KJ in Brazil, getting a 1' 1/2 inch of lift. But after that the front suspension has a beat on bumpings but the coil has no signs of crash between rings. What could it be???

Springs wore out?
How did you get 1.5 inches of clevis lift anyways?
3/4 of an inch is the most you should do ( 3/8 of an inch clevis )

what kind of spacer and where did you use it above spring/under spring/ ???
Did it start right after the install or has it been a while?
How many miles on the suspension?

spacers

I use the spacers above the springs as indicated here in the site (I did it with the same design and made of poliuretane.) the beat started right after the lift, the suspension is 60 000 miles old.
The answear could be old springs, but why the beat didnt appeared before the lift???
thanks buddy

Due to weak springs/ raising it that much and what you used
you can use spacers for 1/4 or 3/8 of an inch on top but going anymore is not advised
Then with the material you used more than likely it has weakoned some and now is loose
Make some 3/8 inch out of steel or aluminum only material that will hold up
