Is JBA the only company that makes Sway-bar disconnects for the KJ? If not...who else does, and who is the best?

Skip them.

They make noise and unless your on perfectly level ground there a huge pain to re-connect.Not to mention will allow the front CV's to go to there max operating angles which severly shortens there life.

Sure this thread hasn't been active in awhile lol, but would the problem with CV's be fixed when running the extended travel/remanned ones from NAPA?

It might help, not sure how much extra angle the joints give you though.
