So I got the tires put on today 4 brand new ones and an alignment the shake was still there and ir is god awful pulled the front shaft and bam its gone so my question is is it the shaft that I need to get or the yokes with the shaft off I can spin the yoke about 1-2" each way just trying to figure this out also some the little bolts holding the shaft in place were loose and would not tighten any help would be appreciated 2002 jeep liberty limited 3.7

That's not good! Could definitely cause the wobble. Diff end, Tcase end, or both? Either wrong bolts ( do they all match?) or yokes are stripped in which case you may have to retap all on bad end(s) and use a slightly larger bolt if space allows. Otherwise, replace the yoke(s). How do the threads look in the yoke? Can you thread a different bolt in there and get it to bite? Really need everything to match since that thing turns all the time.

The boot on the front of the shaft had a tear in it so I pulled the shaft it wad flinging grease everywhere all the bolts are correct there was just some that had been stripped the shaft had hammer marks all over it but another thing if I put the vehicle in full time 4x4 the longer its in the less slack there was in the front shaft until there was no slack(matter of 45seconds)

Sounds like the front CV needs to be replaced and the bolts still need to be dealt with. Seems like both could contribute to your vibration. I wouldn't worry about the slack until you deal with those. You can get both ends of the front DS here:
