Ran across this Renegade while surfing the interwebs this evening. This Libby has pretty much everything I'd want on my own Renegade - except the spare must be inside. Guess it needs a winch too. But it's black!!

It's true - a Jeep is worse than a boat (Bring On Another Thousand)

Bad build, you can do way better Bob, plus you'd more than likely list everything correctly thats on yours

I remember tommudd posting about this a few months back saying that this built was bad. I think it was the gearing he specifically mentioned that was incorrect if memory serves me right.

What's wrong with it if you don't mind me asking? Or is it just that half the crap listed doesn't actually exist on it?

Yea I came across the one day searching for something on Google I knew it was a bad idea to run 35's on ifs anything, but it still looks good as shit. I'd rather figure out how to get the front to do work like the yota's

I like what he had done. But i wouldnt pay that much for it. So what you spent a ton of money on your build. Then keep it. Not my job to pay for your upgrades. To make it personalized to your liking. Key words your liking. To the average person all that stuff is for show. To a jeeper you would know better. Who knows what quality parts are there and what aren't. Whats been installed correctly and whats not.

I had an old YJ back in the day and after I went spring over and swapped in an 8.8 and waggy d44 my buddy wanted a YJ. He found a 95 4cyl on 36" iroks. I went with him and told him f**k no. It had stock axles, stock 4.10's, but had an atlas ii. It LOOKED good and the guy said he just did the spring over and atlas. Lmao we made it 7 miles before the welds on the perches broke loose and the pinion pointed to the sky. The driveshaft pretzeled, busted the trans adapter housing almost off, and snapped the trans output. Iirc the front shaft got screwed up and the rear pinion bent. Thousands of dollars in damages occurred, but at least the Atlas wasn't damaged. It took him 4.5 years to get the damn thing right, which after the 302 swap, c5 from a bronco I , and dad's there wasn't much left out of the rig he originally bought. Moral of the story, don't buy a modded offroad rig. There's always some redneck doing some backwoods haggard ass "fixes"
