I'm also hearing a loud clunk going over bumps(mostly on the right side front). Related to the above?

So who had them loose ( I assume the alignment shop) and if so why didn't they tighten them?
Man bet it handles really funky as well plus tearing up those tires

That's what I thought. The lower ball joints are getting done tomorrow so I'll make sure and tighten those back to where they should be. Yeah going over bumps today made me feel weird. I just want it all solid so I can go flex it a bit to break it in.

Did you have an alignment done and that's where the cam bolts were tightened down to?

After I got my JBA UCA's the bolts found new homes and if weren't for my obsessive painting issues there would be rust around the bolts. But I have to say my alignment settings are quite a bit different than they were stock - or even after I initially lifted my KJ. Rides a ton better after getting the new A-arms but the alignment is pushed to the max.

Yep. I'll post more pics there this weekend. Figured out the noise source I was getting over bumps. Upper a arms are hitting the frame. Gonna trim below them a bit so they clear.

Yeah I put the clevis lift on figuring that once it settled I'd want to do it anyways. I don't have a lot of miles on it. I only drive 10 miles a day during the week. Luke: Yeah the driver's side was a bear getting it on. My body was sore all over the following day. I have a huge smile on my face when I pull up to the Wrangler's with the showy wheels and big tires but no lift.:laughing1:

The reason for your noise now that I know you did a clevis is the fact you're too high. Frankys start out high and need several thousand miles to fully break in. You do a clevis only after it broken in and have most of the time 30,000 on or so. You don't do a clevis because someday you'll need it with a Frankenlift. Remove the clevis and a good bit of your noise will go away , or put up with noise and the other issues of running too much lift
When I did my mixed up last lift using Frankenlift parts / 790 springs etc at 50,000 miles it still sat the same height as installed. You have to be over 4 inches of lift which is too much.
