I'm having transmissiom problems. I have a 2006 Libby 2 wheel drive. The trans seems to jump out of gear when comming to a stop and then starting out again and also has a hard 1/2 shift on ocasion. Anybody else run into this. I've been to the dealer with it a couple of times to no avail. The computer has no codes so they don't know what to do. HELP! (whistle)

My TJ would slip put of 5th when the RPMs got low, when I told the guy in the shop he immediately said that's the sync plate. It was under warranty and fixed and no more slipping. As for the hard shifts, I dunno maybe when they fix the slipping they'll find why it's shifting hard and fix both problems in one visit and only cost one deductible. Could be the cold weather I’ve noticed the shifting ******* cold mornings.

Ahh yes the wonders of a Chrystler Trans. For some reason they have a tendincy to suck ass. but it should be under warranty, make sure you didn't get a lemon then you need to trade the entire car in but under 6 months. If you wondering if you got a lemon just google lemon and liberty, you'll find some friggin horror stories that will make your problem sound like a walk in the park.

the part that gets me is, we know they're ****** *****, they have to know it ***** after so many years of people complaining about it, and with all the loss of business to the Toyotas, Hondas, and Subarus... you'd think someone might say "Hey we're giving ****** tranmisions to every car we make, maybe we should change that." but nope, they just keep handing em out and we keep sending em' back.
