Here's a new one. Working on jeep I noticed the jba arms are hitting the lower metal part of the pocket in the frame. Hard enough to bend the metal edge and nick the powder coat on the arms.
It's only happening on the front pockets closest to the bumper

No idea as to why Any suggestions ?

I believe the instructions tell you to grind a bit of that metal out. I remember doing that on mine

Used to cut them out, no more
Just bend that lip over towards rear of the pocket
works MUCH better

I just left mine and I've never had it contact. But just whack it with a ball peen hammer if it bothers you, probably worth it to not take any more of the glorious red powdercoating off.

I didn't notice until today. I been checking things like a hawk chasing noises and I would have noticed.
Must've been from this wicked road I took to get to a fishing hole. Well I think it was a road - I was able to drive on it .....

Mine too. I didn't really worry about it - just gave the bottom of the arms a quick shot of Rustoleum red to limit corrosion. And the pockets looked like they were formed to fit the JBA arms

Only those of us with OCD Jeep Syndrome notice those kinds of things :happy175:
