Is their a company that sells custom upper control arms which gives more tire room? Just curious if this is even possible...and yes, back spaced rims...blah blah blah....

Nothing that's going to give you more room without affecting alignment.

I put 1.25" wheel spacers up front. Running 245/75R16 on stock 16x7 wheels. rubs a bit on the plastic inner fender, but not on the suspension.

ther must be more wheel space on the 2012 KK cause Im running 245/75R16 rubber on my stock KK no rubbing on stock 16" wheels

ThunderbirdJunkie also never had any issue with tire clearance on his UCAs, either on the JBA arms or on the OEM arms with OEM wheels.
245/75-16s for the past 140k? miles.
