The KJ is a unibody wouldn't taking the doors off lessen the structural integrity?
I have yet to see a Cherokee fold in half...so these have a ways to go :happy175:
Our Unibody is stronger than the cherokees as well. Me personally I wouldn't do it regardless, mainly because I'm not a fan of the doorless look
I would have to question that. Ever had a rig all twisted up and tried to open/close the door? I've even seen body on frame rigs not be able to close their door when flexed. While by design might not add to the structure, it still helps a little. Just saying.I work in a jeep factory. The doors don't add anything for structure. We bend doors to get the right fit. A good slam can change their shape
