$2.69 down the street at my local station. I don't even want to think what it'll be in a few weeks when the $90/barrel oil gets into production...

Here in North Eastern PA the fuel is @ $2.90. Over 40 some dollars for only 14.5 gals when I fill my Jeep tonight. I remember when I started driving fuel was only $1.25. It was only like $15.00 to fill my Taurus I had then. That was in 2003.

We are paying $2.87/gal for regular unleaded.

I use BG 44K every oil change in my fuel to keep everything clean.

I can't remember how much it was when I started driving, that was in 1972.
Ahhh....the good ole days....I first bought gas for my '65 Mustang convertible at 4 gallons for a dollar. Of course that related to 1/2 hour's worth of work for me at the time.
This was 1974. :p

I remember back in the 90's when it dropped down below one dollar. Gosh, if it did that again I would drive everywhere! It would cost $15 to fill my Jeep up!!

$2.79 for 87 oct. here in Mesa, Az.. Diesels at $3.29 but that dont concern me 'cause my buffallo ('03 Chevy 2500HD 4x4) has the 8.1L (496 ci.) bigblock.
Try filling that 38 gall. tank with 87 ! Sure hurt a lot more when it was up over $3.

BTW, I run 87 'cause the higher the octane, the cleaner, more controled burn you have. Runs cooler, smoother and yes I do get slightly better mileage.

It's running anywhere from $2.75 - $2.85 a gallon here in SE PA. That's today anyway... tomorrow could be $3.00, who knows? I guess $10B profit per qtr. for these oil companies isn't enough!! (blarg)
