Where can I find a new '06? I'd MUCH prefer a new '06 to a new '07 for various reasons. I looked in inventories, didn't see anything listed.

What's your guy's name at Orchard? I can talk to him.

As far as I know, the line is still running for the KJ's. I had heard the same, changover near July.

Oh, by the way - I am by 18, between Van **** and Utica ;-)

10 miles away from me. Anyway, what I would do is go to a dealership, and see if they can look in dealership inventory for an '06. The only '06 I know of that's still on a lot is down in Alabama. There HAVE to be some leftover somewhere around here.

Why is it still there, you ask?

It's a 4x4. lol3.gif

I'm trying to help you find one by looking at online inventory.

Thanks Marlon! I suppose I could live with a Limited. To be honest, all I really want is a Sport 4x4. I could always swap to the raw plastic trim if I wanted to. I'd like tinted windows and cruise. Windows aren't a huge issue as I can have them done aftermarket. I know cruise can be done too, but that would be a PITA I would think with the steering wheel controls.

Stupid question, but dealers are open on Monday, right?

I personally believe ABS is great for women drivers. Im not saying that women cannot drive, but most do not know what to do in situations when tires do lock up. I personally believe if you take the POS tires off the liberty that it comes with and put some REAL tires on it, then the tires locking up will not be a problem.

Good luck with the shopping. Be sure to get and do what you want so you do not look bad and wish you would of done something different.

yep, we put 4 new yokohama geolander ht/s tires on my mom's and it will still lock up. It doesn't matter what tire you put on a car without ABS, it's gonna lock up if the road's wet.
