67Customs...I just rolled the odometer past 38,000 this morning so I got you beat.....

Anyway, I wish more people would vote on this poll. We only got 58 votes as of right now and there is a bunch more KJ's on here than that.

Dave

Jen and I have a 2004 Sport.

As of today it has 187,647.4 Kilometers/116,599.0 miles on the odometer.

Other than regular scheduled maintenance and the usual wear and tear
parts {One set of Spark plugs, front and rear brake job.}
The only major repair has been a new water pump and Serpentine belt.

Oh, and I should add new shocks and struts and front and rear coil springs
in the form of a lift kit.

I know, I know, If no pictures, it didn't happen... BLA BLA BLA :D:D:D

Jennifer and I are waiting until all the modifications and additions to our KJ
are completed before we reveal our truck to everybody here!;)

Cheers

You modding a KJ or a spy plane? There isn't much if anything you can do we haven't seen before. Besides, the build-up is part of the fun and interest shared by all.

You are totally correct oddball!

It is just another Jeep Liberty undergoing some mild off road modification
that we've all seen numerous times before here and over on the
LOST KJ forum.

Being a gimp stuck in a wheelchair 70% of my life is the challenging aspect for me.

I'd like for nothing more than to wake up one morning feeling "Normal!"
And being able to put in a full eight hours of work on my truck and completing,
"What to many here" is a simple modification, task, job, or whatever
you would like to call it!

Instead...

I'm good for 20-30 minutes of actual work under or in the Jeep!

Then I have to quit working and take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours off,
just so my F_cking body stops convulsing and twitching!
It's almost as though I have Parkinson's decease. (You know, like Micheal J. Fox!)
I'll be getting tested for that as well this Wednesday.

I don't really think that all the members here on KJ Country or the other visitors to this forum would be "Real" interested in seeing 2 maybe 3 pictures
of my "Accomplishments in one weeks time frame.
If you know what I mean?

So, If you and everybody else here can hang in there...
Then, when this gimp is finally done with his and his wifes KJ, you folks can then see it, comment, criticize, or what ever.

Cheers

Ry'

ps, I spend more time in a Doctors office or Hospital then I do at home!;)

Have a good day Eh?

Even though people mod at different paces, they often share what they've done each time something new is added.

Now had you explained WHY you're waiting until its completed to show it off, instead of BLA, BLA, BLA - I for one would have better understood.

Oh and as for the medical conditions you're going through, best of luck.

Which reminds me -

You're preaching to the choir buddy. Been there with my late wife and myself.

Well, technically, mileage in a car is like playing Golf. The lower the number the better. So really, I have you beat.:D

i am a daily driver. i bought it with only 31000 and put 10000 in the year ive had it from driving 40 miles round trip daily to and from school. but now that thats over i only put about 15-20 a day.
