It goes under the engine. There is some broken plastic in the open end.

Looks like the breather tube for the front diff.

I think it was clipped onto the driver's side inner wheel well IIRC.

OK, thanks guys. I'm changing power steering hoses and must have knocked it off getting them out of that tight spot in the front. I'll look around and see if I can find where it live.

There is a perfect spot for the 5/16 breather hose with a zip tie.
Note the OEM hose with breather cap.
It is higher than the horn...
