I had the windshield replaced today, but now the front washer fluid doesn't
spray.
The sprayers worked just fine this morning, so they must of pooched something!
Seeing that they had to remove the cowl grille, and the wiper module is under there!
I will be going back tomorrow and ask them to fix the problem and to get a refund on the tax I paid on the $200.00 deductible. $24.00 dollars owed.

This shop used to be the best auto glass store in town, I've been dealing with them for the last 25 years. I wonder how many times they collect an extra $24.00 dollars from each windshield replacement.

My wife Jen called the Insurance Corporation British Columbia (ICBC)
And spoke to a claim representative and the rep. told her to take the car back on Saturday and ask them to fix what ever it was that they pooched.
If the glass shop say's no, just say ok and leave!
We go see a claim rep. on Monday morning and they will take over from there and make it right.
It is the "??? Glass" company who is responsible for that repair.
ICBC will have the windshield washer fixed as well as refunding $24.00 dollars in tax.
Then they will just bill "Crystal Glass" as well as go after them for charging other customers tax on their deductible!
Now, a little history. ICBC is the ONLY Automobile insurance company in all of British Columbia! So everybody has to play by their rule!
That includes any automotive repair service who deals with motor vehicle insurance claims.
If it turns out that glass shop has been collecting tax dollars improperly, they could be going up the proverbial creek!
Jennifer told me to stay in the Jeep today and she will deal with it because she doesn't want me to pop a vein and flip my wig on whoever is dealing with this matter!:D

Right then!
I stayed home on Saturday (Because I was wrestling with Creature! And well I shouldn't of because that girl is so damn strong, that now I am a total gimp for the weekend!) and Jen and Alex (my 13 year old Girl aka Creature)
took the Jeep back and explained what happened and no questions asked, fixed the problem. Good! Of course Creature being a spitting image of her dad, couldn't let sleeping dogs lie and mentioned that it never should have happened in the first place!
Poor guy on the other side of the counter felt bad enough that he didn't reassemble everything properly in the first place, never mind being reminded by a 13 year old girl!
I will be coming along to ICBC tomorrow morning regarding the $24.00 in tax.
I'm sure this shop owes alot of people their money back!
Ans some explaining to do!
Anyway, I'll update the out come of Iccy Biccy (Our slang for Insurance Corruption of Better Citizens... Hmmm, ICBC! :D)

Usually I do just step in and take over!
I stay calm and whisper so that the person on the other side of the counter has no choice but to listen.
But, there have been times that a fuse blows and well, they get the point.
Of course, I have been escorted from the premises and banned from coming back for a period of time.
IKEA, Wal Mart to name two!
Those are followed up with a lengthy email to their head office.
I don't believe in the customer is always right BS, but when the customer is right, I'll let them know!

Now, I stay in the Jeep and Jen goes in and deals with problems.

Reminds me of a Issue I had,no matter how lazy I'm feeling I now still need to remind me to do all my own work(if possible) but that service manager dealt with me very well by handing me a $200 gas card:D.

I'll admit....I'm not that bad. What's fun to do is around Halloween, when people are coming out of the costume shops, is to ask where they got their costume.....even though there not wearing one. (I've never said anything to them....kept it to myself.):)
