How to mount Hella's...???

I bought some Hella 500FF's today and want to start the install. How would I mount them to the front bumper? Do I have to remove it? That seems a bit extreme. I wanted to avoid drilling out the snaps.

Please help.

Sweet. Thank you. I just need to do the fun part... figure out where to punch the wires through.

Punching the wires is actually pretty easy! At the drivers side firewall just under the power brake booster where the firewall meets the inner wheel tub you will see a knock out. Now, inside the drivers side remove the kick panel puul back the carpet (its attached to hard foam, I just tucked it under the brake pedal) Now, go back out and take something long and "pokey" push through the plug, in mine it was just a gooey glob of body panel caulk..Then go back inside and you will see it.. There is a thread here on how to find it, and I hope someone with a better understanding of how to find and link it will do so for you. But rest assured it is very easy to do.

I had to drill a hole in my roof for my overhead lights thats hard to do! Not the work just getting the courage to drill my baby!!!!!

Okay... everything is pretty much setup and the wires ran. Which wire entering the headlight is for the high beam? They are not labeled.

Should be a light green wire with a brown stripe on it.

Thanks everyone. Got them installed and mounted yesterday. They look great. Just have to adjust them this week.

OK, now that its done show us a picture!!!!

Did you make sure the hot lead inside the lamp housing is properly insulated??\\
Thats what caused my problem....

When I put the lamp back in the housing the hot lead got caught between the lamp assembly and the housing. I guess the driving had just enough vibration to wear away the tape in short order causing the short and blowing my fuse! By the way the relay was fine, I thought it went as well.I took myson out for a trail ride last night and the lights worked flawlessly..
