Regretted KJ Mods?
so the iPod adapter doesn't work with the 6 disc changer? does the single CD changer radio also come with Sirius? If so I may need to do a downgrade to get the iPod adapter installed.- DryBones

Air Filters
Go AMSoil drop in. They may be more expensive (got mine for $35 to the door when I bought a couple) but are suppose to last 100,000 miles with just some cleaning by blowing off or using a vacuum on them. Over the life of the vehicle I am pretty sure thats cheaper than replacing a cheaper filter...- DryBones

My new custom plates
you need 2 more 1's in there if you really want a 7 slot grill and round headlights look to the plate. 0111110 or 01110 either way its a cool idea. Not as cool as DRYBNS but still cool. :cool:- DryBones

Ball Joints Suck.
when I got mine done they told me 12/12 for warranty on the parts. Of course I will argue the point if and when I need to replace them AGAIN.- DryBones

what kind of rack are you using? Tow hooks can be found on eBay and other places for around $100. Probably could get a trailer hitch from uHaul or other places. all else fails you could buy from a Stealership. I have used the Thule Hull-A-Ports with Thule Loadbars on mine without front and rear...- DryBones

yep, fill it as often as possible because everyday it will cost you more. I am almost to the point of filling daily. I have an 75-80 mile round trip for work so I could do it no problem.- DryBones

$2.97 today in Springfield,VA. should hit $3 by Thanksgiving. Just like big oil wants. Over $3 by the busiest travel holiday of the year. I can't wait to see Exxon/Mobil profit report for this quarter :mad: Of course they will have the normal excuses and say its not really a record profit. :^o- DryBones

bonehead move on my part. I didn't know about the Marathon until the 11o'clock news. They were fencing things off and setting things up but there was still plenty of room for parking and walking around. Still makes an easy to get to place to meet and I think I need to spend some money to keep up...- DryBones

Which wheels and tires?
my 05 came with the original HP spare. They look to be a decent tire when new so I would give them a try. Actually wishing Carmax would have put those on instead of the Kuhmo's KR21 when they put new tires on it. The HP looks like its a little beefier. Anybody want to trade? LOL- DryBones

I traded off my 2002 Chevy Astro LS van. Had 200K on it and was starting to turn into a money pit. I didn't need the size anymore as the kids have all grown and are doing their own driving now plus I wanted the 4WD.
