Also, my glass seal popped out in the front, pushed it back in the slot and put some rubber conditioning lube on it to keep it plyable.
Bet it has never seen any lube since day one.
Also lubed the tracks with moly grease.

Mine came with the silver running boards (see picture, not mine)and 3 skid plates.
Skid plate for the engine, transmission/transfer case and gas tank.
Currently, my running boards are in the paint booth, getting them painted black.
