What did you do to your jeep today?
Removed my equalizer hitch a few months ago and put a few coats of Tremclad black on it. I'm sure the power brush and Emory Discs 80 grit took a pound of rust off of it. Nilight LED lightbar experiences?
See if you can find an old Renagade at the wreckers with a slightly used OEM light bar. I use mine daily when heading to work. Lights up the sky and also work to at least a 1/4 mile away. Not my Jeep, but like the looks of the light setup.- Big Al

I was kind of thinking of doing the same thing in the winter. Just using the electric fan as my heating system in the cab is running a bit cool. I haven't seen my electric fan come on yet. Only had my KJ for 5 months.- Big Al

Poor heat
What I've read is the control knob to change from recirc to defrost is vaccum actuated off the intake manifold. The blend door is a electric stepper motor. Reason I'm leaning on the blend door motor for my next process of elimination is it is widely talked about on here.- Big Al

My cold and hot knob works well. Now is this what controls the blend door, I'm not sure. All I know is on the recirculation mode, blows hot air like it should in all settings and once I move it from recirculation mode, all other modes it blows cool air and I never changed the far right knob...- Big Al

Scott, What your describing is exactly what my heating system is doing. Really hot like 145 F when I put it on recirculation. And like 104 F when I put it on defrost. Also, anything above setting #2 blows cool air. I also took a infra red temperature gun to the 2 hoses on the firewall and seen...- Big Al

Exhaust smell
I had a weird plastic smell in the cab today, but I know my seams are shot on the walker super quite muffler. Thinking of trying muffler putty on the seams as the muffler looks fairly new.- Big Al
