Crank case vent hoses
Need to repair my crank case vent hoses. These are the two hoses that come off the back of the heads left and right side and go to the air intake. Original part numbers are 53013457AA and 53013458AA both are basically just some pre formed 5/8 hose and they connect to a breather filter that...- jeeptorino68

Front crank seal
No need to take the cover off. It just helped in my case...the old seal was really in there....stuck. Front crank seal
Done it a couple times. It is easy enough You need a special puller and installer for the balancer pulley. You can borrow these from autozone. You need the long length installer. Get a seal puller if you dont have one. I have only done this job with the whole timing cover off the jeep so its...- jeeptorino68

Poly Rack Bushing for KJ
I have installed these. Sorry for the lack of detailed report or photos. But the install went smooth. Hardest part was obviously manipulating the old rack around and getting the old ones out. Coolant leaking engine 3.7 L
The radiator drain ditting perhaps? Also maybe where the plastic meets the metal center core of the radiator, this will cause a leak but not come from the hoses.- jeeptorino68

I just overlapped the plastic used screws to hold it together and smoothed it over with black rtv silicone... Early models dont have the grease shields you are fine without- jeeptorino68

Yes you will need the pinchweld mod for the 255 70 16s, thats what I run. Regear would still be good in the future but it was tolerable on stock gearing for me- jeeptorino68

Regarding clearance
No you cant cut that out. Hammering over is the best bet. You need some lift. Probably not much...perhpas a top plate spacer or clevis lift would be enough? Search herr and you will be able to find what I am referring to.- jeeptorino68

02 limited 3.7 Leaking coolant
Balancer kinda sucks... Need a special puller for jeep/chryseler vehicles and a extra long installer tool Autozone had both for rent in my town though...if you take it out. Replace the front seal too around the balancer- jeeptorino68

For the rear end, any 4.10 gear kit and master install kit from a supplier you like/trust. For the front, must be Spicer/dana, and must be for the Dana 30a parts for the dana 30 will not work- jeeptorino68
