Whatever is called for that particular differential, the gear oil's main purpose to lube the gears. See if DTT calls for additive. Some gear oils come with it already (RP, Mobil1).
To do it properly you need to do all of them. You can certainly do that one just to see if it's in spec, but you want to be able to compare it to the others (healthy engine they should be all relatively close to each other).
Make sure you get the right pigtail AND the right module, be it OTIS or EVIC. They vary, some have TPMS and some don't. Don't install a TPMS module into a vehicle not built with it. It will ding constantly and you'll need a dealer level scanner to get rid of the dash light.

Honestly those are a waste of money on these vehicles. Just some good OEM style rotors and either semi-metallic (better stopping but dirtier wheels) or ceramic (don't stop quite as good but cleaner wheels) pads.
