Been meaning to get a pic of this one for a whole now. Finally got it last weekend walking down to Irishfest.
Local radio station has it for a promo vehicle.

My Gf said I had to say something nice about it. I replied, "It's......colorful?"
Washed it...while it was raining.
We did some "exploring" Black River State Forest on Saturday...it needed the wash:gr_grin:
It would have been a lot dirtier, except I wasn't trusting the crappy street tires that are still on it. Cooper Adventurer A/T... pfft, only if A/T means Any...
Pulled off rear driver's side wheel to take to shop and have a small leak fixed. They found a small screw and, $15 later, I'm back in business.
Skinned a knuckle replacing the wheel. 1st blood drawn wrenching on the WK2.
I guess we are finally bonding:gr_grin:
I had the same question, dlicata.
After blowing through my second set of OEM ball joints, I went with JBA and never looked back. I think the JBA control arms are actually cheaper than OEM replacements too.
Hit a turkey with the Jeep yesterday while exploring back roads in Minnesota. Actually, it hit the Jeep.
No damage to the Jeep, but I did have to wash some blood off the passenger side door. I was only going about 15 mph, not sure how the bird didn't see the big silver bus:Insane:
Parked the KJ at the end of the lot at work with the FOR SALE sign and the details written on the window. There is lots of traffic through there, so I figured I'd give that a go before putting it on Crookslist.
Drove the WK2 to the grocery store. Picked up a 6pack of Paulaner Salvator, some...
I ran them for about 50k on my KJ. I really liked them for snow and most off-tarmac use. They aren't too loud on the road and seemed to wear well.
I have heard people comment that the side walls are a bit thin.
Blessing that it was in your driveway.
Years ago, mine let go much the same way. Drove it 45 minutes (mostly freeway) to a buddies house. It let goat about 5 mph as I turned into his driveway
