I’m not entirely clear on your situation, is the LCA too low? Or is the clevis off to the side? I had a jack holding up the control arms when I did my lift and that was how I adjusted the position.

You can move the coolant tank out of the way without disconnecting the hoses. The manual advises against premium gasoline. Regular or Mid Grade depending on conditions.
Welcome to the neighborhood. Spacer lifts are bad for the cv’s up front, springs and shocks are the way to go. Measure from the center of the wheel to the underside of the fender flare, it should be 19”. It’s very likely the springs are tired by now.

Moog Problem Solver greasable ball joints for the lower front. You might want to consider replacing the upper control arms on front with the JBA (Jeepin’ By Al) extended travel arms.
Replacing the EVIC is easy, just one screw towards the windshield holds the shroud. I got a module off eBay that was from a Grand Cherokee. Probably installed in a few other vehicle types as well.
