    Coolant Temperature

Mine always kicked on low at 217F. I THINK high is 230F, but Ive never seen that. It will also kick low on for the trans temp, but idk what temp that is. Seems mine was always on when the trans was above 230F.

Coolant Drip from Harmonic Balancer ... Water Pump?

Gotta wonder if not changing the antifreeze at the recommended intervals and the long periods of sitting caused that. When I changed my water pump, the pump itself had some pitting like that but the engine surface was fine. Ive changed the antifreeze twice since it was new in 04... Probably...

    OK... Time to ask experts!!!!!

There is no such thing as programming 02 sensors to the PCM.... What diagnosing have you done? When it stalls, does it start right back? You should at least start with watching the fuel pressure to see what it does when its idling rough in park/whenever.

    Front driveshaft

Not if the front tires are on the ground. With the front wheels off the ground, you should be able to.

Selling a wrecked 06 Liberty CRD

The OP said $1500 more, not $1500 total. I imagine its easily worth $1500 as is. Appears to be easily fixable.

    Should i regear?

Its all relative. Some people may live where its completely flat, I do not. I can almost maintain the speed limit going up a 5 mile 6% grade towing 3,500lbs, I'm happy with that. No way it would be able to do that with the stock gears, even with my small tires.

    Drive shaft ?

Wow, that is not what I was expecting. Like Tom said, just get a used rear axle and driveshaft. Sure would like to know what caused that. Maybe something in the diff let go and caused the diff to lockup? That doesnt just happen for no reason. If the Jeep rolled, then 4hi should work. The pinon...

    Drive shaft ?

Got any pictures? Which driveshaft fell off? I imagine the mechanic simply doesnt know what they're doing.

Gear oil when removed propeller shaft

Not sure where I read this, but somewhere I remember reading something about applying RTV to the pinion splines to keep this from happening. Mine also had a good bit of oil in it when I removed the driveshaft. Always wondered if that gives a false bad pinion seal...

Ive not, but Ive always wondered why that big loop was there.

No heat Still 2003 liberty 3.7L

Very odd... Just not sure what could block the passages going to the heater core, but I guess the next step would be to check to make sure those are open and flowing freely.
