    OH and what does your ipod say? After a software update, my bose dock stopped charging my iphone. my iphone ahd a message saying "charging not supported with this device" apparently, the new software didnt account for whatever bose needed. So maybe it was the update changing some settings...

    There should be latches on the bottom that are making it stuck. If you push towards the back of the jeep and up, it should unlatch.
