Did mine like the op posted and it seems to be working great. I tried the 79.5" route and the belt was so loose I could take it off with out loosening the tensioner.
As for Ry's comment, a real man doesn't need a/c.. the only time mine has ever been on is when the women folk get in and whine...
Replaced my drive belt pulley and tensioner also replaced my driver side window regulator.
I picked it up off of fleabay and when it came in I was worried because it didn't look like the old one....
The left one is the new one and the right one... well, you know...

I talked to a few people on LOST and they told me to try getting a new battery. If you know someone with a new battery or you have another vehicle with one, swap them out and try it for an hour.
All I did was replaced my battery and the problem went away. Even though when checked it was still good, it didn't put out enough power to keep the computer working properly.
Had a similar problem a couple of years ago and it was the battery. It would run fine for a few miles, then after that, it would stall every time I'd stop.

I'd say get a new battery. Mine would drive great from a cold start, then after about 10 min's of driving it would stall at stop signs & stop lights. I bought a new battery and every thing's fine.
