My original pump failed catastrophically at 65K and left me on the side of the road. Replacement was a Mopar but now has around 70K on it. No signs of leakage and no noises so I don't want to replace it but....the last one failed after 4 hours on the highway and I still do some long trips so...
Sure, I'll take some when I get home. I bought one did not build it myself. Its the one on the bottom of this website, the picture with the vehicle with the brown interior:
Inno Space Saver Fishing Rod Rack – All about fishing
Fishing!
I installed an interior fishing rod holder (secures them tight up to the headliner), slapped on the hitch haul basket and roof top cargo carrier, and checked tires, fluids, etc prior to my upcoming fishing trip.
One flat 10 years ago with stock SRA tires. A sharp stick on a logging trail was the culprit. Nice to have a full size spare when you are deep in the woods and its getting dark. No problems so far with the BFG mud terrain KM2's.
FIXED! I emailed Marlin from JBA and he advised me to dial down the front struts a few click on rebound/compression to see if that changes or eliminates it and eureka, no more noise! He said sometimes oil moving through the valves causes the noises.
I'll live with it for a few months. I have a buddy out of state who makes micro-controller circuit boards for a living. He can probably do it in 5min. won't see him till Fall though.
My ARB bumper came with LED turn signals and now they are blinking at twice the rate. After some research I'm told it is because LEDs draw less power, so the computer thinks the bulb is burnt out (I did not know that faster flashing was a warning message.)
I found a fix for it on this forum...
The two on top of the bumper are the relocated stock Renegade fogs. Sadly, the Fog-light sections in the bumper are empty and only have the smoked plastic insert. Maybe a future mod on the list.
No action shots yet but here are the bumper pics:

Picked it up from the shop that installed the ARB bullbar and Smittybilt x20 winch. The wife said that she thought I was only getting a bumper and not a winch too. I may have 'forgot' to mention it.
Hey all,
I have JBA 2.5' lift and front adjustable struts with about 8000 miles on them. Next week i'll have an ARB front bumper and winch installed. I got these struts last year because I knew i was putting a bumper on in the future so my question is how much should they be dialed up to...
Waiting impatiently to have my ARB bumper installed in 2 weeks! In the meantime a trip to the local U-haul soon to see if the "lifetime" warranty will replace the 10 year old rusted-out hitch on my Jeep.
Mine gets "in the groove" at 76-78mph. Stays around 2500rpm and no drive-line vibration (I have it at 55-65) and the rear diff whine goes away. Drove it 4 hours each way on the highway like this a few weeks ago.
