Upper links and mounts mostly done. Just some gussetting left. Got my wheels in for the XJ. All the stores were closed and didn't want to wait to mounted one by hand. F that. Never doing that again. Never did it before so didn't realize the valve stems popped in so ended up dropping 2 inside...- Myke

The pinion angle is perfect at ride height up to full bump. At full droop it starts to lift a little but that will be solved when I make the lower extended arms. Right now upper arms are 20" in length with room to goto down to 19" and up to 24". The lowers will end up being 35"-ish. I need to...- Myke

I got the upper mount on the driverside in. I have the pieces cut out for the passenger side just need to weld them on tomorrow. Rear HD Control Arm Mounts + Adjustable Long Arms
Drilled a new hole for the vent. Used a 1/4npt tap and put in an air hose fitting I had it fits my extended breather tube perfectly. Going to remake the brake hard lines and cut the head off a bolt and weld it to the axle so I can slip the brake link junction box over it and secure it with a nut.- Myke

Got the inner truss section tacked on. Started to rain so had to call it an early day. Will have to wait til tomorrow. My new tires are in. I had put my liberty wheels/tires in the XJ while waiting for the parts to finish the rear 4 link. These tires are going on the XJ and KJ is getting its wheels back. My tires are louder than the clicking noise. You can only really hear it if you pay attention while making a super sharp turn like pulling into our out of a parking spot with the wheels turned all the way. Even then it kinda sounds like someone is turning a ratchet in your cargo area slowly...- Myke

Cat-back options

A/T vs Highway Tires
I wouldn't air down a P-rated tire. An AT tire will have better puncture resistance on the tread and the sidewalls. An AT tire will also be heavier by a little bit. If you're not needing skids where you go then you should be ok on a p-rated tire.- Myke

245/75/16 or 235/75/16 Tires after a 2" lift?
Like Tom said, sorry to hear about the bds lift ;) You shouldn't need spacers with those tires. I run spacers on all 4 but that's because I wanted the additional stability offroad, and I like the looks. They were way cheaper then new wheels but if/when I get new wheels I will just get wheels...- Myke
