Rear end knock after Ironman lift
I'm going WAY OUT on a limb here and predict the OP will find that at least one of the tri-link bushings is toast...probably the one on the passenger side...the bolt will be torqued just fine but the bushing material is history...- twowings

Were you on dry pavement? Big NO-NO with part-time 4WD! You experienced drive line "binding"...DON'T do that again, please! Take vehicle to gravel, dirt, mud, snow or other surface with wheel slip and engage 4WD Hi/Lo again and check for loud, expensive noises...You MAY have dodged a bullet....- twowings

Where's the harness?
If you want to purchase and use the Mopar harness....it plugs in behind the body panel on the passenger side of the rear luggage compartment....then you remove a body plug to feed it through to underneath the body...the clips to hold the wire loom are there as well...it is basically plug 'n'...- twowings
