Possible Heater core replacement
Check for underhood leaks first....the cabin air intake is really great at picking up any smells from the engine compartment for your enjoyment...you may not need a heater core as much as you need a new radiator/hoses/waterpump, etc....- twowings

Hood ram air or louvers?
The KJ would benefit far more from cowl induction than ram air....unless you're trying to make max HP for drag racing, for which purpose I hope you would've had the good sense to choose something a little faster and slightly more aerodynamic... transfer case leak. need opinions.
Tighten those fasteners and the fill plug just a tiny bit more...see if that doesn't stop your leak...don't crank them down hard...just make sure they're all snug...- twowings

What did you do to your jeep today?

Strange vibration
Lift your wheels off the ground in turn and grab them at the 9 and 3 o'clock and 12 and 6 o'clock position and try to wiggle the tire/wheel back and forth....you could possibly be losing a wheel bearing....- twowings
